Massive! Mohanlal to play important character in Prabhas's Saaho

After zeroing in the name of  Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor as the female lead and Jackie Shroff as one of the anti-heroes, the makers of upcoming  much-awaited trilingual- Telugu, Tamil and Hindi, film Saaho, have added some other names to the ensemble cast of their film. Now it has been known that actors Chunky Pandey, Mahesh Manjrekar , Tinnu Anand and Mandira Bedi have also joined the team of the film, directed by Sujeeth, and produced by Vamsi and Pramod, under their banner UV Creations. The  country’s latest heartthrob Prabhas will play the powerful cop in this action entertainer.

Speculations are rife that, Mohanlal has been roped in to play an important role in Saaho. Well, no official confirmation has been made from the actor's side or the maker's side, regarding the same. But, if reports are to be believed, Mohanlal will be seen playing an equally important role in Saaho. Everybody knows that most of the upcoming projects of  Mohanlal are big budget ventures and that truly shows the huge market. It would be great if the news regarding Mohanlal's association with Saaho turns out to be true. Mohanlal has already acted in few Telugu movies Like Koratala Siva’s Janatha Garage, in which he shared the screen space with Jr.NTR and  the film went on to become a huge success. Similarly, Manyam Puli, the Telugu dubbed version of Pulimurugan too did a grand business in Telugu speaking regions. Similarly, the actor is a popular figure in Tamil speaking regions, as well.

Saaho is touted as a special film since this is the first project of Prabhas after SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali.  Prabhas has already started the shoot of  this hi-tech action drama. The trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy is on the board to compose the music.
