Kashmora - Movie Review

The upcoming movie of Tamil Actor Karthi “Kashmora” unveiled it’s trailer today which is simply fierce and flamboyant. The time lapse clips talk a lot about the kind of movie that is being made and this might create history. Karthi’s look is simply outstanding while Nayan looks nothing less than robust.
Actresses like Sri Divya and Manisha Yadav also play important roles.
The movie has been made with 70 crores budget and is slated to release this Diwali. The war based theme is one of the craving aspect to this movie. The movie is directed and written by Gokul.


Actor Karthi’s Kashmora hit screens worldwide today and has got good response all over. Movies trailer speak a lot of seriousness while the movie has actually a good blend of comedy. Karthi surprises in three different roles.
Story :
Long long ago, there lived a king of Vikrantaka Raj Nayak who has won many battles and known to be victorious. This constant victory reached his head where he started becoming a womaniser. In the same way, he eyes on princess Ratna Mahadevi and forced to marry him. While there is a thrilling episode that takes place which should be watched on screen.
Coming to the present time, Karthi is an aimless guys who ditches people claiming to know ghosts tricks. His father is a fake baba and all his family members serve the ashram faking people all around. During all these, Karthi gets landed in the palace where Raj Nayak was there. What happened next? What is the connection between all these incidents? Is the rest of the story.

Cast Performance :
Actor Karthi has yet again delivered one of the best performances in his career. His tri shade in the movie is one of the true asset. Karthi’s dialogue delivery timing, the war episode and as a ghost did a laudable job.
Nayantara was confined to a short role while she nailed it. Sri Divya acts as a student who studies about ghosts and gave a cool performance. Excepting the main cast others were Tamil artists and this is where the nativity lacked.
Technical Aspects :
Director has cleverly handled the movie by adding on humor and which is one of the trending genre of present time. The war episode had some great technical elements amalgamated to give a Baahubali feel.
Editing was okay. Music was Average while Oya Oya song was good. Cinematography is clean. The VFX effects are good in parts. BGM is elevated scenes at times and sometimes left it pale.
Analysis :
This is yet another horror comedy which has been made with a huge budget and a slightly different story. It looks like the movie has been inspired from Arundathi.

The second half is the best part and the flashback is simply superb. So if you like this kind of genre and want to have fun this weekend then you may watch it once
