While Anupama and Madonna have been part of the Original, Shruti Haasan replaces Sai Pallavi who's Malar role has become the talk of the Nation.

Young Composer Rajini Murugesan has given a soulful music for 'Premam' Malayalam version. Music Lovers will instantly fall in love with the feel good melodies in the album.
